Physical activity and sport strategies

Working closely with client and working groups, we deliver multi-stakeholder, normally geographic area based strategies designed to determine direction of travel in respect of participation and active lifestyles, health and well-being. These regularly feature targets for social return on investment, conversion rates, delivery mechanisms, partner engagement and measurement processes.

Corporate strategy and governance

Working for social enterprises, trusts, NGBs, local authorities and county sports partnerships, we assess governance, operation, management, business effectiveness, capacity and management mechanisms. This is done across whole organisations or in the specific context of, for example, elite performance, participation, education, membership and commercial ambition.

Sport specific development strategy

These are national/regional strategies for individual sports (or combinations thereof) incorporating audits of delivery, effectiveness or facility base. Typically, they cover quantity and quality, technical guidance, locations, performance levels catered for, associated management/governance plus action plan sequencing.

PE and school sport strategies

Sometimes undertaken in tandem with overarching strategy development, typically these are (or should be) geared to raising levels and standards, of physical literacy, improving teaching quality and impact, increasing levels of physical activity and improving school-club sporting links.
