Paul Hughes BA (Hons) Senior Consultant
A Sport and Leisure Management graduate from The University of Salford, Paul joined KKP specifically to work on its expanding PPS and indoor and built facility strategy portfolio. In so doing, he combines his personal and professional experience working and participating in sport providing an effective platform for his role at the Company.
An experienced semi-professional sportsman, Paul is confident, highly motivated, and has excellent communication skills. He plays and coaches rugby union to a high level, and has also competed in other sports, such as cricket and football. Paul has been actively involved in community club sport since a young age and thus brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of grass roots sports with him.
Before joining KKP, Paul worked as an Event Specialist in the leisure sector; which allowed him to increase his knowledge and gain experience working within a professional field with clients. He was able to enhance his high-level analytical skills and successfully build relationships with new clients on a regular basis, thus demonstrating excellent communication skills.
He has developed the ability to maintain strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders and clubs alike. In addition, he has acquired skills in the conduct of qualitative and quantitative research.
