From legacy-based regional strategies to maximise the impact of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games to local authority strategies driving lifestyle change and participation increases, we are recognised for our focus on development and for driving collaborative processes that produce plans that articulate and distinguish between control and influence.
- North West Regional Sports Board - we played a key role in the development of the North West Legacy Sport and Physical Activity Framework, engaging all key organisations in the region to maximise the pre- and post-2012 sporting legacy of the Games.
- Sandwell Physical Activity Board- our team produced a five year strategy to restructure and refocus its work, attract additional resource and map out a programme for all (existing and new) partners involved in PE, physical activity and sport.
- Preston City Council - KKP set out how partners will drive increased physical activity and sport across the City for all residents, highlighting specific target groups and areas.
- Derry City Council - we are currently delivering a double strategy for the Council to drive step change in community and performance sport.
- Somerset County Council - In 2008, KKP produced an integrated Sports Strategy for the County to identify and pull together all aspects of sport in Somerset, highlight key activities and programmes, links to corporate themes and LAA targets.
- Plymouth City Council - with key partners, we produced the all-encompassing ‘Plymouth 2020' Sport and Physical Activity Strategy.
- Birmingham City Council - we undertook a major challenge and consultation process to set out the City's aims in and for sport and physical activity over the next five years.
- Merseyside Sport - KKP produced the CSP's widely acclaimed ‘T.E.A.M. Works strategy outlining the structures for the development of sport across the Partnership area.
