The phrases “consultancy” and “operational implementation” are not usually found in the same sentence. KKP has supported a range of clients to deliver specific projects and programmes:

• Clubmark - the success of KKP’s management of Clubmark on behalf of Sport England illustrates the recipe for success; proven project management capacity, strong sports development expertise plus a blend of personal attributes and characteristics that allow us to build and nurture vital relationships across the sector.
• We are presently assisting Sport Northern Ireland to ensure that Clubmark NI is rapidly and effectively embedded as the authoritative channel for club development.
• In 2009 we supported Sports Volunteering North West in strategic development and operational delivery; incorporating event management, research, marketing and communications.
• We supported Cornwall Sports Partnership to implement CSN delivery across the six local authority areas in the County.
• We are managing the RFU’s Beacon Clubs programme; driving and developing club development products and processes and organising the rollout of the programme.
• We employ staff on behalf of key clients to work within their organisations managing specific tasks or to occupy key interim management roles.
• We provided long term interim management support to the London Docklands Sailing Centre, incorporating corporate governance, financial planning and the appointment of permanent staff.
