Performance management

Sport England North West has commissioned Knight Kavanagh & Page (KKP) to conduct a scoping exercise to underpin an investigation into ‘the state of the region'.

Oldham MBC and its Cultural Partnership have commissioned management consultants Knight Kavanagh & Page (KKP) to develop a performance management system to monitor the impact and progress of their initiatives aimed at increasing adult participation in the arts, drama, music and creative activities across the borough.

Performance management and market intelligence

KKP established a new baseline for participation in Oldham and is currently developing a performance management system to monitor the results of initiatives.

...to be used to share information across sport, the arts, tourism, museums, libraries and archives, heritage and creative industries across the northwest.

KKP's work with Trafford MBC, Trafford Leisure Trust and the local PCT has resulted in one of the most effective physical activity interventions in the Northwest.

Pricing is often regarded as a barrier to participation. KKP's approach to this area is to identify ways in which service subsidy can be most effectively targeted.

KKP was appointed by The Black Country Sports Partnership with a wide ranging brief to develop a system to demonstrate how sport contributes across a number of areas.
