Through the evolution of the network, we have established, reviewed, worked with and supported CSPs across the country. From strategic commissioning to managing CSP licensing for Clubmark, we provide direction and support. Our services include:

• Organisational and business reviews - assessing legal and organisational structures in the context of the new CSP specification to ensure fitness for purpose.
• Performance measurement - helping CSPs to measure, defend and promote the impact of their own work and that of partners - with regard to participation in, and the impact of, sport. 
• Facilities planning - driving NGB, community and schools focused facility development and supporting 3rd sector partners to take on facilities management.
• Training and upskilling - knowledge, competency and skills based training for CSP and partner-agency staff plus coaching and mentoring senior management.
• Partnership expansion - identifying new opportunities in, for example, 16-19 education, health and wellbeing commissioning.

We also provide interim management support and trouble-shooting plus specialist input in areas such as GIS, clubs database management, online surveys, analysis and reporting.
