Ribble Valley Borough Council has appointed Knight, Kavanagh & Page to investigate the options and the most suitable management arrangements for the Edisford Sports Complex, Clitheroe. The choices available to the Council will be evaluated in the context of operational cost and the quality of experience offered to users.
