KKP will, working closely with officers and members from the Authority, manage a comprehensive assessment of the Borough's open spaces, conduct market research with a cross section of residents and undertake extensive consultation with community groups and area forums across all localities. The strategy will underpin all Bolton's open spaces planning and investment for the next five years.
