Blackburn with Darwen School Sports Partnership has commissioned Knight, Kavanagh & Page (KKP) to undertake research to provide a baseline for the present and future evaluation of the performance of the Partnership.

The study, that will assess a range of factors ranging from participation in high quality PE and out of school learning to attitude, behaviour and attendance, will comprise a survey of pupils and teachers accompanied by in-depth focus groups and interviews. It is intended that the findings will enable the Partnership to enhance existing performance appraisal processes via provision of supplementary data to effectively measure and quantitatively evaluate the impact of its work in future.
