From premiership rugby union and professional football to community clubs, we have successfully delivered feasibilities, reviews, development and business plans, funding applications and a range of other projects for clubs and leagues across a variety of sports.

• England RFU academies - We designed, planned, supported and managed the roll-out of the academy programme at England's 12 Premiership clubs and were subsequently commissioned to evaluate its ongoing development.
• Securing funding - we secured over £550,000 in Sport England funding to support Sedgley Park RFC to develop the new stadium and clubhouse facilities that were vital to it achieving and maintaining its First Division Rugby (FDR) status.
• Stadia development- We are currently assisting Banbury FC to assess the feasibility of developing a new stadium.
• Extending and improving facilities - we enabled Farnworth Social Circle Cricket Club to secure a 90% project fund grant to extend and improve its facilities.
• Beacon clubs - KKP supported the RFU to establish its ‘Beacon Clubs' and whole club development programmes scheme to enshrine ‘best practice' in rugby development.
