In 2008 Knight Kavanagh & Page (KKP) was appointed to assess the feasibility of West Yorkshire Sport (WYS) becoming an organisation with independent legal status. The process included consultation with key partners to develop and test recommendations plus an assessment of the suitability of various legal structures relative to its current situation.



The thesaurus defines the term efficiency as ‘competence', ‘good organisation' and ‘effectiveness' but should we simply accept that it has become public sector shorthand for cuts?


Apart from football and perhaps, consecutively multiculturalism and now the Big Society, is there anything that attracts quite so much misinformed media comment as competitive sport?


Working with Council finance and asset managers, KKP develops strategic process to rationalise,  invest in or transfer ownership of faciliity stock.
