Peter, one of KKP's key specialists in research, performance management and monitoring and evaluation, joined KKP in 2003 bringing 25 years of experience in senior management positions in research and corporate policy at Knowsley MBC and Manchester City Council.

He is our resident expert in research techniques and the management, analysis and presentation of data and use of geographic information systems to support management information.

In addition, he has delivered a number of large scale feasibility studies for visitor attractions and major sports and cultural centres. Many of these involve assessing the potential for sport-induced regeneration and the assessment of economic impact. Pete also developed the ‘multi-level business planning model that underpinned the roll-out of the ‘sports villages' concept.

Often described as forensic in his approach, he brings unrivalled attention to detail and quality to all aspects of his work, characteristics you would expect from a research specialist.
