Louise joined KKP in 2005 after graduating in geography from the University of Nottingham and is fast becoming an expert in community sports club development.
For the last 2 years she has supported the management of Clubmark, the national accreditation programme for high quality junior sports clubs that KKP manages on behalf of Sport England. Over this time she has worked with a large proportion of the more than 3,500 accredited clubs across around 30 different sports managing NGB licensing reviews, the external verification process and day-to-day scheme delivery.
She also undertakes much of the community consultation that underpins our PPG17 playing pitch, indoor and outdoor facility strategies, focussing on face to face meetings with club officials to assess current and un-met demand, identify key issues and audit facilities.
Louise has a professional and welcoming approach and excellent communication skills. She is confident in a range of environments, from presenting to a large audience of sports professionals, through chairing cluster meetings with Clubmark lead officers to engaging with a club secretary at a local level.
In addition, she brings specific knowledge and experience of the education sector, via her work on the development of PE and school sport strategies and the evaluation of the current PESSCL focus on improving links between schools and Clubmark clubs.
