Expertise
Kirsty is approaching her ten-year milestone at KKP. Since 2001 she has worked her way through a hierarchy of positions and accumulated impressive knowledge and awareness across a wide variety of disciplines, making her one of KKP's most experienced consultants.
She is proficient in project management, research and delivering plans and is particularly highly regarded for her expertise in playing pitch strategies; a fact that her tally of almost 30 company commissions testifies to.
She manages and delivers consultation processes with key officers and stakeholders to gauge community and stakeholder views and has a depth of experience in urban and rural communities. This work encompasses people in varied settings from parish councils and youth groups through to senior industry figures to ensure that local views and opinions are heard and incorporated in key plans.
Kirsty's organisation skills are unmatched at KKP. She always gives 100%, whether conducting community consultation meetings or drafting client reports.
In the context of KKP's status as a Sport England Strategic Framework partner for playing pitch strategies, Kirsty is a key member of the Playing Pitch Strategy team.
Among her personal commitments, Kirsty is approaching her first year's service as a Rounders England non-executive board director; this strategically oversees everything the body does from approving policy and decisions to offering guidance where needed. She also sits on the NGB's Participation and Young People's Sub Committee.
