Keith is our expert in the field of neighbourhood working and regeneration, having amassed over fifteen years experience working with and for the public, voluntary and regeneration sectors.

A real ideas man, Keith is renowned for pushing the boundaries to influence change. He is highly regarded in his field. He was the first Head of Neighbourhood Management with Knowsley Council where he successfully embedded neighbourhood management across the Authority establishing key multi agency partnerships. This is now recognised as core practice in the sector.

He also has experience of integrating community involvement in local decision making, revision of service delivery and local governance and the review of local performance management and scrutiny processes across the public and voluntary sectors.

Keith is currently advising Telford and Wrekin Council on its plans to introduce strategic locality management. He is presently evaluating how to most effectively build on the success of the high quality locally based activity undertaken by staff from across the Council.
