John is the founder of KKP. He has more than 22 years operational, strategic management, business development, consultancy and research experience. The driving force of KKP, he has built a wide ranging portfolio supporting clients across public and private sectors.

This mass of expertise means that he is often called upon for complex or troubleshooting assignments. Give John a problem or industry challenge and a blank piece of paper and he will come up with innovative, thought-provoking solutions.

He is the industry's leading advocate of effective use of management information to inform policy, service planning evaluation and investment, He applies this to the strategic planning assignments that he leads, delivering sport and physical activity, facility and cultural strategies to influence the future direction of our industry.

KKP is an approved supplier on Sport England's Strategic Planning Framework for Sport. He heads the panel for KKP and is the lead consultant on the Sport Specific Facility Strategies Group, producing and reviewing facility strategies for NGBs.

John has a network of contacts across the industry from Government and national agencies to professional clubs and voluntary agencies. It is not surprising then that he is regularly asked to support high level executive recruitment - influencing the positioning of a number of current industry leaders.
