With over 14 years operational experience including six in consultancy. David has a well rounded perspective of sport.

He oversees management options appraisals, procurement and feasibility studies for KKP, advising local authorities and trusts. He also brings substantial experience of public private partnerships ranging from full operational contracts to capital investment; this is enhanced by his background in PFI and its utilisation - particularly in the education sector.

David holds strong interpersonal skills and is recognised for responding to client requests, often even before the need is recognised. He is commercially minded and customer focused - an ideal mix for maximising the potential of future opportunities.

These skills are put to good use in his work on business modelling and planning. He has extensive major facility management and development experience. This is brought to bear to support business planning for capital development projects and revenue based programmes designed to enhance financial stability and improve income streams.
