With a background of more than 25 years experience in local authority leisure services and, for the last eight, running KKP's operation, Cristina manages all aspects of KKP's project tracking and financial administration.

From co-ordinating tendering processes through presentation production to managing the Company's specialist administrators and client liaison staff responsible for consultant and project scheduling, Cristina is the person who co-ordinates the progress of all projects in KKP's portfolio.

She is KKP's longest serving member of staff. Over this time, she has established quality project and office management processes and procedures which have recently been recognised in the form of KKP's ISO9001 accreditation.

She has excellent organisational skills and hence a superb grasp of her own work-load as well as that of colleagues. The nature of her demanding role means that she is constantly working under time pressure and in different circumstances. Cristina is highly regarded both internally and by clients, associates and specialist suppliers for her professionalism and integrity.
